Youth Strength & Conditioning Summer Camp

8-15 years old

This program is designed to take your youth fitness to the next level while having a fun time doing it. With a focus on safety-first, this training will improve their Speed, Power, Coordination, Agility, and Stamina. They will learn skills that will last a lifetime!

Options starting from 1-6 week series will be held from June 17 - July 26, 1:00pm-2:30pm.

You'll leave each class with progressions and homework!
