**younger may be accepted with coach approval

Monday & Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm

What we've seen from participants...

This program will...

1) Instill in them a priority of health and fitness

2) Improve strength, speed, agility (& for sports!)

3) Get them off the iPad and doing something healthy

4) Develop balance & prevent injury from sports over-use

Make sure your child gets proper instruction!

Have you seen the weight room at school or at strength and conditioning class....

WE HAVE and WE DO NOT APPROVE!!!

In that environment it's survival of the fittest where the workout is written on the board and there is little or no oversight or technique instruction.

But Why Would I Choose CrossFit Classes...?

CrossFit is a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.


CrossFit is comprised of constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, and more.
